Please see the Cardmember Agreement that comes with your Card for more details. The Rewards Program is subject to change. Rewards are earned on eligible net purchases. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are eligible to earn rewards, such as Advances, Balance Transfers and Convenience Checks. You may not redeem Points, and you will immediately lose all of your Points, if your Account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, due to Program misuse, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death). Points may be redeemed for cash-back in the form of a statement credit or deposit to a U.S. Bank checking or savings account only. You may earn one (1) additional FlexPoint for every $1 in Net Purchases in the one Category in any given monthly billing cycle that has the highest total of Net Purchases charged to your Account (the "Highest Category"). The Cash Rewards earned with the U.S. Bank Business Cash Rewards World Elite Mastercard is three percent (3%) of eligible net purchases when you use your card for single gas purchases of $200 or less, cellular products and services and at office supply stores. All other eligible net purchases will earn one percent (1%) Cash Rewards. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are eligible to earn rewards, such as Advances, Balance Transfers and Convenience Checks. Merchant must submit the charge under the appropriate industry code as established by Mastercard and the merchant to qualify for rewards. Single transaction purchases of gasoline in excess of $200 will not be deemed to be a purchase of automobile gasoline and as such will earn a Reward of 1%. Cash Rewards may be redeemed in the form of a statement credit, U.S. Bank Rewards Mastercard Card or a Deposit to your U.S. Bank business checking, savings or money market account. An annual bonus equal to 25% of your prior year's Cash Rewards, with your U.S. Bank Business Cash Rewards World Elite Mastercard, up to a maximum of $250, will be awarded following your Cash Rewards enrollment anniversary date. U.S. Bank will increase your rate to a Penalty Rate if you: 1) Make payments 5 calendar days late twice, or 30 calendar days late once. 2) Make a payment that is returned; or 3) If you exceed your Credit Limit 2 times in 12 consecutive months.
